• We offer four types of shipping: Expedited Next Day, Express 2 day, Express 3 day, and Standard Ground.
• We use FedEx Service to deliver the gifts.
• Expedited Next Day : Your gift will be delivered the next business day, by Air.
• Express 2 day : Your gift will be delivered in 2 business days, by Air.
• Standard Ground : Your gift will be shipped over the ground. It will take 2 to 5 days for delivery.
• The cut off time is 1 PM (time in canada), Monday through Friday to place your order so that it can be shipped the same day, and delivered as per the shipment method selected. If we receive the order after that, we will ship your order on the next business day and inform you about it.

**Important**Order Substitutions, please note that extreme volume at certain busy times of the year can cause a product in your basket to be substituted. We reserve the right to substitute products dependent on current inventory on hand at time of booking. We do remove baskets from the shopping cart if there is no chance to re-stock in a timely manner or if too many substitutions are needed. Substitutions could also be made to accommodate extreme weather conditions if it is too cold or too hot to ship a particular food item. Substitutions are done at the discretion of the designer and are always of equal or greater value of that purchased and within the theme of the gift.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent.
