Where are you guys located?

Our office is located out of Wilmington, DE & our team is spread across the world & work hard to get the best gift deal for you.

I see only one item, do you sell anything else?

We don’t. We only offer one gift a day at a discounted price until it is sold out or until 11:59pm destination local time zone when it is replaced. However, each item we sell is in stock and typically ships either the same day or the next day. This is to keep the gift shopping experience simple & pleasurable.

What is the schedule for new items?

An item is released every midnight at 12AM Destination Standard Time, seven days a week. If that item sells out during its run (in 24 hours), a new item will not appear until the next release time. 

I missed yesterday’s item, can I still get one?

No. You cannot. Each Gift is discontinued at 11:59pm destination time zone & we offer no guarantees OR allow backorders, and we have no waiting/notification lists.

I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?

Sorry, you cannot call us but you can chat with us by clicking on Live Assistance in today’s holler page. You can also contact us through email or by submitting your question on Contact Us page. We are usually very prompt in getting back to you with in 1 business day.

How do I return a defective product?

You cannot return a product but instead you can send a complaint to us by writing an email or by submitting through contact us. We will look into the complaint & offer a refund or replace, if you are not satisfied.

How do I know how many units are left to order?

We cannot give the details of quantity we are offering for a deal as it is part of the fun experience we want to give.

How can I get to know the new deal that gets published every day without visiting your website?

Sure. Please subscribe to our newsletter, at the top of today’s holler page & you will be updated every day.

Can I suggest a gift that I would like listed as a deal?

Sure, you can. Please use the contact us page & send us the details. We will do our best to get a deal for the product.

Ordering

What is the name of company against which i will be charged OR the credit card statement will reflect?

We are a division of Gifting Inc & the Credit Card statement will show the same name.

How do I create a Gift Holler account?

We do not, at present, have account feature for our customers. We will soon launch it.

What payment options do I have?

We, at present, offer Credit Card payments for VISA, Master Card, American Express & Discover and also accept “Paypal” & “Google Check Out” options. We are doing our research & will be offering more soon.

How it works?

What are my shipping options?

We usually ship same day or next day, it is based on when you place the order. The shipping cost shown reflects the cost for it. You will be getting an email as soon as the order gets shipped.

How can I track my order?

There is no tracking feature now. You would have to wait for an email from us, confirming the delivery, which usually happens with in 3 business days.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any of our customers details to any third party. We follow the industry standards in keeping your privacy.

What is your security policy?

We are PCI complaint & follow industry standards in all security aspects. As we do not have our own shopping cart, we do not have any transactions happening on our website which needs security.
